Macro Focus stacking, a skill to allow you to take a whole macro object in focus. Have you ever try this before? I found the article on other day and found this is pretty useful to shoot my figurines. Given enough time I can make the whole figurine in focus without worrying about aberration.
I use focus tacking to make this image.

The process is taking multiple exposure of the figure with different focus point. To be able to do this reliable tripod and manual setting is essentials. IF you have more budget and better camera you can use live view feature, macro extension tube/filters, focus stacking software and remote control.
The main idea of this process is to eliminate camera shakes due to long exposures and lens aberrations while achieving sharp focus on all area of the object.
I'm not going to make a how to do or tutorial about this since it's pretty new skill for me and I'm still experimenting with it. I assure you it's very easy to find the tutorial on youtube or just google the term.
Have a nice day.
